Meet the characters

Main Characters:

Chickadee - A perky inventor, Chickadee is full of energy and ready to go! Since she was a fledgling, she has created thousands of inventions from spear throwers to teapots made entirely of string. She embarks on voyages across the globe  to introduce these inventions and collect new materials. She has made many friends along the way including the gloomy cat Komor and her dear friend Shutam. Not much else is known about her though, as she comes and goes from the Fern Village as she pleases, even when it's not to introduce her contraptions...

Folium - Folium, a quiet, elderly holds many secrets. No one trusts her, as she formally was a dark sorceress and sided with the Crow Tribe for the longest time, before deciding to change her ways. Because of her twisted path she is treated like a prisoner, even though she isn't one. She works as a healer, alongside with Sana, but under a close eye. The villagers find her so untrustworthy that she is even watched while she is asleep. She is allowed little interaction with them and is only allowed to venture a short distance from the Fern Village.
But there's more. Everyone is perplexed by the fact that Folium absolutely despises the rain while the others adore it. She keeps a jar of white paint in her hollow at all times, along with a paintbrush. During a downpour she preens her feathers and beak with white paint instead of collecting the rainwater like she is suppossed to.
